Q. Are there additional shipping costs when shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska?

A. Yes, orders that ship out of the Contiguous U.S. will have additional shipping charges. Contact us for exact pricing at 1-877-DJBPENS.

Q. I received a pen in the mail and the information engraved on it was incorrect. How can I be sure that my order will be engraved accurately?
A. We apologize for any misprints. Here at DJB Pens we make every effort to engrave your information as accurately as possible. We receive customer lists from different sources and unfortunately, there is no possible way for us to verify the accuracy. But please rest assured that your order will be accurate and that a complimentary paper proof will be faxed for your approval prior to completing your job. This ensures no surprises and 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

Q. How can I determine when my order will be delivered and how much it will cost in shipping charges?
A. You will receive your order in 1 to 6 working days from the day we ship it. All orders are shipped FOB Oakland, Florida. Unless otherwise requested, we ship most orders via UPS Ground. The shipping and handling cost is 3% of the pre-tax total for most items. More expedient shipping is available at an additional cost upon request.

Q. How long will it take for you to ship my order after it is placed?
A. We ship most orders within 10 business days after your sales order and final paper proof is approved.

Q. What if I need my order rushed?
A. When possible, we can rush your order at no charge. However, if your order needs to ship within 3 business days from the date your order is received, a rush charge may apply. When a rush charge does apply, we will add $15.00 for orders of up to 300 pens, or $.05 per pen for orders over 300 pens.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. To ensure the fastest processing of your order we accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, or prepayment by check. If you qualify, we will bill you due upon receipt. Please provide bank reference, including banks name, phone number, and account number; or a Tax ID or D & B #. Please allow a few extra days for us to approve and set-up your account.

Q. Is there a set-up charge?
A. Yes, there is a set-up charge of $9.95 for adjusting our engraving machines to customize each order.

Q. Can I have more than one imprint per order or more than one item imprinted with the same message?
A. Certainly. Simply make a note in the Special Instructions Section of the shopping cart. Indicate how many of each item you want with each imprint. There is an additional $9.95 set-up charge for each different imprint on each model you select.

Q. Can I personalize my order with a different person’s name on each item?
A. This is very popular and effective. We can put a different name on each item for a minimal charge of $.99 per item. Simply e-mail your list of names to us at lists@djbpens.com. Or send them along with your order on any digital storage media.

Q. Can my logo be engraved on any item?
A. Yes. Indicate the request when ordering and submit artwork of your logo. We accept electronic files via e-mail. We prefer Corel Draw (.cdr), and Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps) files. If one of the previous is not available we will accept .tif, .bmp, .jpg, or .gif files. They can be sent by e-mail to logos@djbpens.com or be mailed to us on any digital storage media. You can also mail us a hard copy of your artwork in the form of a clear black and white printout (ready to scan). Any of the above is included in our $29.95 artwork conversion fee. Q. Can I have artwork on the cap and the barrel of the writing instruments?
A. Yes. And there is no additional per item charge.

Q. What color ink is supplied with the writing instruments?
A. Our writing instruments come standard with black ink. We will, upon request provide blue ink instead of black in part or all of your order, at no additional charge.

Q. Where can I get replacement refills?
A. All of our writing instruments use standard size refills. Replacements are available from us by phone, fax, mail, or on our website at www.djbpens.com. They are also available at most office stores sold under a variety of brand names.

Q. I received a pen in the mail. Where did you get my name?
A. As part of our marketing efforts, DJB Pens purchases name lists from reputable companies in the list service industry. Unfortunately the accuracy of these lists is not guaranteed. If you received a pen with your name spelled incorrectly please feel free to contact us and we will send you a replacement.
